October 19, 2010 – ARG Publishing Company, Inc. announced that it had acquired the relocation guide assets from Ohio Community Media, LLC (formerly Brown Publishing Company).

ARG Publishing Company was founded by Kevin Evans in 2002 and sold to Brown Publishing Company in 2008.  At the time, it published the Austin Relocation Guide, Destination DFW and several other related publications and websites serving those fast-growing metropolitan areas.

April 15, 2010 – Dan Denton, who sold Gulfshore Media to CurtCo Publishing in 2004, has bought back two of his old titles: Sarasota and Gulfshore Life.

Denton formed Gulfshore Media LLC as part of the acquisition, but also has Florida Home Media LLC, which houses his Homebuyer magazines brand in addition to Orlando Home & Leisure.

December 9, 2009 – Zivyak Media Group, LLC, owner of award-winning Berkshire Living magazine, today announced that it has purchased the assets of San Jose magazine from owner Renaissance Publishing, and plans to re-launch the publication in early 2010.

January 28, 2009 –The shareholders of Down East Enterprise Inc. announced that they have completed the sale of all interests and assets of Performance Media LLC to Anthem Media Group of Overland Park, Kansas. The sale includes Speedway Illustrated, the leading magazine for stock-car enthusiasts, its accompanying Web site (www.speedwayillustrated.com) and the annual Speedway EXPO consumer show.
